Miss. I. H, a 16 Yr old female came with chief complaint of big lower jaw and , fixed orthodontic treatment with orthognathic surgery was planned and she underwent pre surgical Orthodontic treatment for 20 months and maxillo-facial surgeon did ortho- gnathic surgery of both the Jaws. Later 8 “months of post surgical Orthodontic treatment was done to achieve the final results.
